Commercial Activity
Commercial activity on UA sites is governed by the University of Alabama World Wide Web Policy.
Section 2.0, item 6. of the Policy states that Official University Web Sites desiring to conduct commercial activity, including receipt of online credit card payments, must receive authorization from the Office of Receivables and Collections.
Section 3.0, item 4. of the Policy states that Unofficial University Web Sites may not be used for commercial purposes or for personal financial gain or benefit.
